Exhibitions

  • My debut exhibition marked the opening of IKU Studio, launching on International Women’s Day, 8th March 2024 with a celebration of color, creativity, and connection.

Around 50 guests—friends, family, and art collectors—gathered on the red carpet, raising their glasses on a night filled with bubbles, laughter, and art.

The collection featured 20 bold, expressive pieces framed in hand-painted and recycled frames, adding a unique, sustainable touch to the exhibition. As a tribute to the day, each woman was gifted a flower, honoring the power and beauty of feminine energy.

  • This exhibition was featured in the annual Plett Arts Festival & Twilight Meander. In this captivating nocturnal event, 25 of the coastal town’s finest galleries, artists, and art lovers unite for an evening of art, live music, beauty, and connection.

    About The Exhibition

Inspired by the strength and quiet resilience of women, this collection pays tribute to the generations who have shaped us. Through bold portraits and expressive storytelling, it invites viewers to reflect on the women who carried them this far—and the woman they are still becoming.

At the heart of this collection is Sisu—the unbreakable spirit and something I took with me from my time living in Finland. A testament to courage, creation, and the quiet strength of women, it urges us to embrace our journey with unwavering determination, no matter what life throws at us.

The centerpiece of this collection features powerful female portraits, celebrating icons who paved the way for future generations. We delve into the worlds of Audrey Hepburn, Marilyn Monroe, and Frida Kahlo—extraordinary women whose legacies continue to inspire, challenge, and redefine what is possible across generations.

  • We are preparing for our next exhibition, set to take place from October 3–12, 2025. Stay tuned for more details as I’m making a new collection.

  • An exciting new chapter is unfolding! A special exhibition in Asheville, USA is in the works for 2026—details to be confirmed. Stay tuned as I am bring this vision to life.
